Following an extensive search and analysis of the market, ECI secured the lease of a whole floor comprising 711 sq.m  in 255 Blackburn Road Mount Waverley

Vacancy rates at very low level....but still no rent growth as yet

The vacancy rates in the established industrial precincts are at their lowest level in many years, however this gradual reduction is stock has not resulted in any significant rental growth at this stage, with market demand balancing supply.

The low interest rate environment has seen yields tighten, resulting in overall increased values for both leased investment and vacant possession sales.
